Fletcher, Nathan aka Snipe: Ranged Weapons Expert; M; Extremely paranoid. Will do anything to escape and will question actions later. Extremely dangerous with any weapon, he seems to be gifted with extreme accuracy. He acts on impulses that seem very far-fetched, claiming the panic drive in his head tells him to do things that may not seem smart. Occasionally, he argues against a voice only he can hear. He was apparently institutionalized for doing so. Several times, he broke out of increasingly secure facilities with surprising ability. He has reluctantly become the leader of the team, to the surprise of all involved. Now that he is the top dog, he intends to protect his pack. Using any force necessary.
Lazarus, Tamara aka Life: Immortal; F; Incarcerated in a mental institution for suicidal tendencies. From the tests that have been taken, she is perfectly ordinary. She does not, however, stay dead. There is no constant pattern as to how this occurs. In the tests, her method of recovery apparently has to due with the amount of damage she takes. Any non fatal wound, cuts, abrasions, amputations, results in a small delay then a complete regeneration with progress. Meaning she is wounded one moment and standing recharged the next. A death with a wound like this results in the dead corpse spontaneously regenerating. A death that does not need a simple healing to fix results in what one of the computer techies termed a re-spawn. A new body, with fully intact clothing of an unknown material, will appear in a safe location a few meters away.
Menta, Kimberly aka Brainwave: Telepathic/Telekinetic; F; Hair: Red; Mute; She communicates by broadcasting her emotions, but can form messages telepathically. She can also vibrate the air telekinetically to reproduce sound if required. She can form a bridge between team members, sometimes extending this bridge to form a web between the team. In this, they can move as one, each member donating their skills and observations to create a flawless op. Her kinetics are rather unpredictable, however. It could take five hours of preparation to have her lift a toothpick,but only a second to crush a building into a pebble in the heat of the moment. Therefore, our analysis team suspect that she effectively cannot consciously use this ability.
Emrys, Tim aka Mold; M; Able to realign molecule to change things from one material to another. Literally able to pull things he needs from the air. His skills have improved and practices constantly. There seems to be a size/complexity ratio. He can make a solid gold brick bigger than a Hummer, but computer chips still seem out of his reach. He can currently make basic equipment, such as ropes, and knives. He can also modify and intensify things he didn’t create as well.
Quark, Amanda aka Snap: Teleporter; F; Paralyzed from the waist down. Is able to translocate anything to anywhere.
Tank, Steven aka Linebacker: Muscle; M; As far as we have determined, he is the proverbial 10 men in one body. He is more physically fit than many of the top athletes in any field and we suspect he is only bulky because he thinks the chicks “dig massive bods”.
Spectra, Joan aka Spark: Light Expert; F; She is able to modify and redirect photons. These can be formed into various illusions and concentrated into lasers. She also is abe to literally see around corners and
Parzen, Edward aka Twitch: Precog; M; Able to sense if things are going to happen. Generally has it in a wide mode, so he picks up on as much as he can, but he can focus his power and see much more reliably and with much more clarity.
Worm, Lucas aka Thermal; Thermokenetic; M; Blind to normal color spectrum, but able to see and control the motions of thermal energy;
Base Personnel:
Stant, Sammuel; Rank: Sargent; M; Liaison to the Mutant Militia; Adept at predicting Thran Metallon’s wishes. Served with him in Special Forces for 6 years before proving himself way to heroic for the good of the Ops group. His actions hospitalized him and caused his forced retirement from active ops. Since then, the restless man has worked his way slowly up the chain of command. His promotions became overdue as the men who liked him denied him so he could continue to work for them and the men who hated him denied them out of spite. He was promoted very quickly as Thran would not have anyone without clout to liaise for him.
Metallon, Thran aka Alloy; Rank: Commander; M; Military Branch: Unassigned; Trainer for the Mutant Millitia; Was once a Black Ops Squad leader. Eventually promoted out of active duty as a trainer. Has sent far too many squads to die. Retired forever. In his farwell address, he commented that any brass that would leave him alone would be shot on sight with a sniper rifle and blamed on terrorist action. Sammeul Stant was the first attempt at reactivating him. Drives a battleship gray Metallica with plates the say CMNDR1. Unknown why he was selected to train this team, when other trainers would have sufficed.
Docker, Kayla aka Medic: Healer; F; Is able to diagnosis the ills of a person at a single glance and is is able to proscribe a mix of medications proceed exactly as how she intends. The fact that the able to use blatant poisons and deadly bacteria, patients come out from under her care better than any medical facility has ever done. She was selected to keep the operations operating at optimum health.
Pearl, Anthony aka Glitch: Computer Expert; M; Claims to be able to hack into any computer with out touching it. Our leading experts believe this is just a boast, but we are unsure. He is able to find an entrance point in to any system sent at him. He carries a durable home built laptop that hold wonders that our best techs can’t even begin comprehend.
